WHere is an easy version of a cocktail from a new drinks list. Designed as a batch pre-mixed that's loaded with flavours of a festive period, making it excellent for your holiday party. Save the extra syrup for morning drinks, desserts, or to mix more rounds of bikinis.

Serves 10 people
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Cocktail (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
Making the Cordial: Put all the components into a pot, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. After that, remove from the stove and leave to cool down fully. Transfer into a sterilised bottle, close it keeping it chilled, where it will keep for up to one month.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Pour the specified spirits and syrup into a large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml from the premix into your cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass or similar, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a brief mist with the mandarin essence over the top.
